High Iron Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

    Ingredients
Directions:
(Makes 4 cups)
- Set a medium pot to low-medium heat.
 - Add 4 cups of coconut milk, the cocoa powder, sugars, vinegar, salt, and the spices to the pot. Stir until well combined.
 - Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to the pot. Cover and stir periodically to help melt the chocolate. Allow the liquid to come to a boil.
 - Add the Lucky Iron Fish/Leaf. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes then remove.
 - Bring the heat down to low. Cover and allow it to thicken for 5 minutes.
 - Serve warm and top with whipped cream and gingerbread cookie crumbs if desired.
