Iron-Rich Ramen Noodles
      
    It's here! IRON-RICH RAMEN NOODLES- UPGRADED!!! đ

We used: â â 
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oilâ â 
- 1 tbsp Ginger + Garlic paste (you can use fresh if you want)â â 
- 1 cup Green onionsâ â 
- Frozen broccoli (add any other veggies you want)â â 
- 4 cups of brothâ â 
- 1 Lucky Iron Fish/ Leafâ â 
- Ramen + spice packâ â 
- Splash of coconut milk/ creamâ â

If you wanna ditch the spice pack that comes with the Ramen and make your own, just mix the following: â â 
- 1 tsp red curry pasteâ â 
- 1 tsp garlic powderâ â 
- 3 tbsp soy sauceâ â 
- 1 tsp lime juice â â 
- 1 tsp sugarâ â

đłOptional Toppings
Boiled/ Poached/ Fried egg, Sesame seeds, Seaweed, Cilantroâ â

THEN WE JUST PUT IT ALL TOGETHER đĽâ â

1ď¸âŁ Heat up sesame oil and then sautĂŠe green onions, ginger + garlic, any other veggies you choose to add.â â

2ď¸âŁ Next, add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the Lucky Iron Fish/ Leaf and keep boiling it for 10 minutes. Then remove the Fish/ Leaf and continue to next step. â â

3ď¸âŁ Add the ramen noodles. Also add the spice pack it comes with OR the recommended DIY version we shared above. Cook till noodles are cooked. â â

4ď¸âŁ Turn off the heat. Add a splash of coconut milk or cream. Top with your fav garnishes and toppings. â â 
There you have it! An elevated bowl of ramen- both nutritionally and flavour-wise. đ đđź
