Iron Infused Ice Cubes

Ingredients

1L of water

Half teaspoon of lime or lemon or vinegar

Optional garnish of your choice, like edible flowers, cut up citrus

Directions

  • Just bring 4 cups of water to a boil
  • Add 2-3 drops of lemon + your Lucky Iron Fish to make iron fortified water.
  • Remove your Fish from the pot after 10 minutes.
  • When the water is cooled down, pour it in your ice cube trays and freeze.
  • For an extra treat, you can even add edible flowers or any other pop of flavour in your ice tray before freezing it! ⁠⠀
