Iron-Packed Green Smoothie

Start the week off on a healthy note with an Iron Packed Green Smoothie ✅⁠

- 2 cups #IronWater
- 1/2 cup green apples (optional)⁠
- 1/2 cup frozen kale⁠
- 1/2 cup zucchini⁠
- handful of parsley⁠
- some honey⁠/ agave/ maple syrup
- some ice cubes⁠

Lucky Iron Fish, Iron Deficiency, Iron Packed Smoothie

Blend till smooth and enjoy on its own or with a side of pastry 😌⁠

1️⃣ Boil 4 cups of water. Once boiling add 2-3 drops of any acidic ingredient (citrus, vinegar tomato paste, etc.), as well as the Lucky Iron Fish/ Leaf.⁠

2️⃣ Continue boiling for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the Fish/ Leaf. ⁠

3️⃣ Drink the Iron Water on its own or use it in different dishes throughout the day- like this smoothie! ⁠
