Climate Action Statement

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Lucky Iron Life recognizes that climate change presents significant risks to people, communities, ecosystems, and businesses. As a social enterprise, we are committed to understanding and reducing the environmental impacts of our operations and value chain while continuing to deliver products that improve health outcomes.

Lucky Iron Life supports the global ambition to limit the increase in average global temperature to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, consistent with the goals of the Paris Agreement. While our operational footprint is relatively small and we do not own or operate manufacturing facilities, we recognize our responsibility to contribute to this global objective through continuous improvement, responsible business practices, and engagement with our suppliers and partners.

Lucky Iron Life’s Climate Action Plan applies to its corporate operations and guides decision-making related to procurement, business travel, logistics, and supplier engagement.

Lucky Iron Life’s Climate Action Plan aims to:

  • Measure and better understand its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
  • Review the results from the GHG measurements and identity at least two action items to reduce GHG emissions
  • Identify practical opportunities to reduce emissions within its direct operations and through supplier engagement
  • Explore opportunities to improve packaging efficiency and reduce waste
  • Reviewing and updating this Climate Action Plan at least every two years.
  • Inform employees about the company's climate objectives and progress every year

The Leadership Team is responsible for overseeing implementation of this Climate Action Plan.

Progress will be reviewed periodically, and the plan will be updated as new information becomes available or as the company's operations change.
