Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
Our Commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI)
Lucky Iron Life® is a social enterprise dedicated to improving global health through socially conscious and responsible business practices. Based on Science. Built on Values. This philosophy guides not only the development of our innovative, evidence-based nutrition solutions but also how we operate as a business, engage with our customers, and work alongside communities around the world.
A fundamental pillar of our beliefs is that everyone has the right to be treated fairly, equitably, and with dignity. We believe that diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences make us a stronger, more thoughtful, and more innovative organization.
We strive to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute. We recognize that we may not always have all the answers, but we are committed to listening, learning, and taking meaningful action in the pursuit of a more equitable and just society.
Our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion extends beyond our workplace to our customers, partners, and the communities we serve around the world.

Our Commitment to Communities
Improving global health and addressing nutritional inequities are central to Lucky Iron Life's mission.
We recognize that access to adequate nutrition is not equitable and that underserved and marginalized communities often face disproportionate barriers to achieving good health.
Our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion guides how we engage with communities and develop partnerships around the world.
We are committed to:
- Advancing Health Equity: Working to reduce financial, geographic, and systemic barriers to accessing essential iron nutrition, particularly among underserved and vulnerable populations.
- Community Collaboration: Working alongside local organizations, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to better understand local needs and priorities.
- Cultural Respect: Recognizing and respecting the diverse cultural practices, traditions, and lived experiences of the communities in which we operate.
- Inclusive Programming: Striving to ensure that our nutrition interventions, educational resources, and community initiatives are culturally appropriate, accessible, and responsive to local needs.
- Meaningful Partnerships: Collaborating with organizations that share our commitment to improving health outcomes and expanding equitable access to nutrition.
- Continuous Learning: Welcoming community feedback and incorporating lessons learned into the development and improvement of our programs.
Through our partnerships with organizations such as CARE, World Vision, Catholic Relief Services, and other local and international partners, we work to translate these commitments into meaningful action.
We believe that lasting improvements in global health are achieved by working collaboratively with communities, respecting local knowledge, and ensuring that the people we seek to serve remain central to our work.
