IRON ENRICHED IMMUNI-TEA coming your way!!

Today, we're making a tea that has all immunity-boosting ingredients! Here's what you will need:⁠⠀
⁠⠀
☕️ 1 Lucky Iron Fish / Leaf⁠⠀
☕️ 2-3 drops of citrus⁠⠀
☕️ 3 thick slices of ginger (or 1 tbsp of powder)⁠⠀
☕️ 5-6 cloves⁠⠀
☕️ 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tbsp of powder)⁠⠀
☕️ pinch of black pepper⁠⠀
☕️ 4 cups or 1L of water⁠⠀

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Or you can do what we did- speed up prep time by boiling the water in a kettle first and then pour it into a pot on the stove. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2️⃣ Once the water is boiling, add all the ingredients. Let it boil for 10 minutes. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3️⃣ Remove from heat. Strain and enjoy as is or add honey to your taste. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
This herbal tea is PERFECT for the times you start feeling a cold or cough coming, or just to enjoy regularly to keep your immunity strong.
