Today we are bringing you one such recipe! You'll love it because ā ā
šš¼ you can totally customize it to your taste and to any available ingredientsā ā
šš¼ it is packed with iron because of course we're cooking withĀ #LuckyIronFishĀ š

ā Let's get started! You'll need:ā
š¹1 Lucky Iron Fishā
š¹1 pack of any noodlesā
ā š¹1 knob of ginger, finely choppedā
š¹2 cloves of garlic, finely choppedā
š¹1 thai red chilli, finely chopped (or just use Sriracha or any chilli-garlic paste)ā
š¹1 tbsp rice vinegar š§this is your acidityā
š¹1 tbsp soy sauceā
š¹1 tsp honey / sugar / palm sugarā
š¹ 3 cups water or brothā
š¹1 cup coconut milkā
š¹Spicy basil and green onions to garnishā
š¹ Vegetables and meats of your choiceā

1ļøā£Heat oil in a wok or a pot. If you are using any meats, cook those now. If not, add ginger, garlic, and any veggies of your choice (we would recommend carrots, broccoli, celery, tofu).
2ļøā£Once veggies / meats are cooked, add chillies or chilli-garlic sauce, rice vinegar, soy cause, honey, water / broth, coconut milk. ā
3ļøā£ Once the liquid comes to a boil, drop your Lucky Iron Fish. Let it cook for 10 minutes ā° then remove it. Wash and dry thoroughly before putting it away.ā
4ļøā£Add in your noodles and let them cook for as long the the package instructs for. ā
5ļøā£Turn off heat and serve. Top with some extra chilli-garlic sauce, some spicy basil or green onions, and serve with a side of sprouts salad.
