Rosemary Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Lucky Iron Fish

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 small white onion

1 medium carrot

1 stalk celery

2 cloves of garlic

4.5 cups of chicken stock

2 stalks of rosemary

3 ounces of your favourite pasta noodles

1 cup of shredded chicken

Instructions:

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan.

Add the onions, and sautee for approximately 4 minutes.

Add the carrots and celery and sautee for another few minutes.

Add the garlic and sautee for 1 minute.

Add the chicken stock and stir in the rosemary.

Bring to a boil and add your Lucky Iron Fish to the pot to boil for 10 minutes.

Remove the Fish and clean and dry thoroughly. Remove the rosemary and reduce the heat to a simmer.

Add the noodles and salt and pepper to taste. Let noodles cook for time indicated on pasta package.
