Berry Iron Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

5- 2 cups refrigerated Iron Water ⠀⠀

3 large ripe bananas, sliced ⠀⠀

5 cups frozen blackberries⠀

2 big handfuls of baby spinach for extra iron ⠀

1 small handful of kale, frozen or fresh, for some more iron ⠀

5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt⠀⠀

2 tablespoons of nut butter of your choice ⠀

Directions

Blend till you get a smooth consistency. Add toppings of your choice for extra nutrients.⠀


IDEAS FOR TOPPINGS:⠀

  • Roasted unsalted sunflower seeds⠀
  • Granola⠀
  • Raw or roasted nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)⠀
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut⠀
  • Fresh berries⠀
