Favourite Iron-Enriched Wonton Soup

Get your iron intake with this delicious and super simple Wonton Soup!

➡️ Boil 4 cups of broth with chopped scallions, 2 drops of vinegar, Lucky Iron Fish or Leaf and a little bit of salt. ⁠
➡️ After boiling for 10 minutes, remove the Lucky Iron Fish or Leaf. Your broth is now iron enriched! 
➡️ Add pre-made or homemade wontons, bok choy, bean sprouts, and spoonful of fried shallots. ⁠
➡️ Serve with chilli oil! ⁠
