Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, coconut cream, coconut milk, vanilla pudding mix, and Lucky Iron Daily. Mix with a whisk.
2. In a blender combine, strawberries, honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.
3. Fill about 40% of popsicle molds with the coconut mix, then add the strawberry mix in the remaining 30%, then top with the coconut mix again. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Freeze for 3-4hrs or until set.Â
