Iron Packed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 cups of Lucky Iron Fish Water ⁠⠀

⁠2 cups of frozen dragon fruit⁠⠀

⁠1/2 cup frozen beets (or any red berries if you don’t have beets)⁠⠀

⁠3 medium ripe bananas previously peeled, sliced, and frozen⁠⠀

⁠3 Tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder ⁠⠀

⁠1/4 cup dairy-free milk ⁠⠀

⁠⠀Optional toppings

Coconut flakes⁠⠀

Fresh fruit⁠⠀

Hemp seeds⁠⠀

Granola⁠⠀

Dates⁠⠀

Directions

  • Blend frozen dragon fruit, frozen beets/ berries, banana, protein powder, and dairy-free milk until creamy and smooth. ⁠⠀
  • Divide between serving bowls and enjoy as is or top with fruit fruit, granola, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes (optional).⁠⠀
