Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories and are LOADED with anti-oxidants. Today, we'll share how you can meal prep your mango chia pudding for a healthy dessert all week. The base recipe is 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to just 1 cup of ANY liquid really. Chia seed pudding can be made with juice, milk or even simply water! We're showing you how to make it with Iron Water⠀
Ingredients + Directions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil ⠀⠀
- Add your Fish and 2-3 drops of your favourite acidic ingredient⠀⠀
- Boil for 10 minutes and stir until smooth⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
- Add coconut cream for added richness ⠀⠀
- Add maple syrup or any other sweetener to taste then add chia seeds and transfer it all to a sealable container⠀
Voilà! just place it in the fridge until pudding-like consistency. Top with mango slices, more chia seeds, shredded coconut or any of your favourite ingredients!⠀⠀
