Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories and are LOADED with anti-oxidants. Today, we'll share how you can meal prep your mango chia pudding for a healthy dessert all week. The base recipe is 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to just 1 cup of ANY liquid really. Chia seed pudding can be made with juice, milk or even simply water! We're showing you how to make it with Iron Waterâ
Ingredients + Directions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil â ï»żâ
- Add your Fish and 2-3 drops of your favourite acidic ingredientâ ï»żâ
- Boil for 10 minutes and stir until smoothâ ï»żâ â ï»żâ
- Add coconut cream for added richness â ï»żâ
- Add maple syrup or any other sweetener to tasteï»ż then add chia seeds and transfer it all to a sealable containerâ ï»ż
