Start your day on an indulgent yet nutritious note with this bright yellow smoothie bowl! ☀️It is packed with vitamin C, iron, and also has protein-rich toppings.

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, add

  • 2 cups of Iron Water 
  • 2 cups of frozen mangoes
  • pinch of turmeric
  • spoonful of honey

Transfer to a bowl once it is blended and has a smooth consistency. Then top it with your favourite protein-rich toppings like hemp seeds, chia seeds, or any nuts. 

 

Basically an upgraded version of your basic mango sorbet 😌
