3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks

2 frozen bananas

1 sliced green apple⠀

Few slices of cucumber

1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt⁠

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional⁠

Directions

Blend it all together until you’ve reached your desired consistency for an iron-packed drink.⠀
