It's here! IRON-RICH RAMEN NOODLES- UPGRADED!!! 🍜

We used: ⠀
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil⠀
- 1 tbsp Ginger + Garlic paste (you can use fresh if you want)⠀
- 1 cup Green onions⠀
- Frozen broccoli (add any other veggies you want)⠀
- 4 cups of broth⠀
- 1 Lucky Iron Fish/ Leaf⠀
- Ramen + spice pack⠀
- Splash of coconut milk/ cream⠀

If you wanna ditch the spice pack that comes with the Ramen and make your own, just mix the following: ⠀
- 1 tsp red curry paste⠀
- 1 tsp garlic powder⠀
- 3 tbsp soy sauce⠀
- 1 tsp lime juice ⠀
- 1 tsp sugar⠀

🍳Optional Toppings
Boiled/ Poached/ Fried egg, Sesame seeds, Seaweed, Cilantro⠀

THEN WE JUST PUT IT ALL TOGETHER 🥘⠀

1️⃣ Heat up sesame oil and then sautée green onions, ginger + garlic, any other veggies you choose to add.⠀

2️⃣ Next, add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the Lucky Iron Fish/ Leaf and keep boiling it for 10 minutes. Then remove the Fish/ Leaf and continue to next step. ⠀

3️⃣ Add the ramen noodles. Also add the spice pack it comes with OR the recommended DIY version we shared above. Cook till noodles are cooked. ⠀

4️⃣ Turn off the heat. Add a splash of coconut milk or cream. Top with your fav garnishes and toppings. ⠀
There you have it! An elevated bowl of ramen- both nutritionally and flavour-wise. 🍜 🙌🏼
